Can philosophy really be used for anything real? It cannot change anything since it merely is a reflection of dominating patterns of thinking in one age or another, be it science, art, culture, or politics.
I think that was the reason I abandoned philosophy.

This is an excellent question, unless you are contrasting what philosophy does with some other way of doing things which somehow or other is posited to have immediate and uncritical access to reality and real things.

Action I believe do have a direct access to reality and real things.
So a combination of philosophy and action is something worthwhile, whereas philosophy on its own is very doubtful.
I propose a new paradime for philosophy, that every single philosophical idea expressed discoursely, must be expressed in action as well in daily life. And the relation between the expressions of the idea, must be clarified in a metadiscourse. If a philosopher is unable to create the relation between two expressions, then the idea must be abandoned atleast for that time.

I believe what you are proposing is what a Marxist would call praxis, the combining of theory and practice.
I don't at all see this as an abandonment of philosophy, but I want to make this clarification. What it means to act, how this is conceived, requires philosophy. Without philosophy, the way we think of action is uncritical, and conformist. As a conformity, it is uncreative and in my way of thinking it isn't actually active.
I took some of what you've previously written as an understanding of this, e.g. your discussions of objectivity. This may be oversimplified, but conventionally to act has involved treating the world and life itself as an object--everything as an object (and strangely, in a peculiarly vanishing-point infinite regress, action itself is conceived as an object.) When you've tried to treat this condition critically, I feel you've come close to acting. I would hate to see you abandon this in order to pursue some more commonly understood sort of action.
I think the interest of the Enlightenment, the way we've tried to understand it, has been as a time when thought was active. When thought was doing something. As you know, upon examination, this view becomes fraught with difficulty. However, I still like this as the definition of Enlightenment: the reactivation of a philosophical ethos.

I have to say, however, every time I have attempted to become serious and organized on this blog, what resulted was a long stall-out. In fact, this is the precise reason I'm stalled now.
I may start over by posting a long outline, and I may use the problem you have posed as my thesis.
